Training Unit Responsibilities

• Identify training needs for institute staff (faculty – assistants – admin).
• Identify training needs for students.
• Prepare the training plan based on identified needs.
• Organize training programs according to the schedule and announce them in advance.
• Monitor program implementation and collect trainee feedback.
• Improve programs based on feedback results.
• Measure training ROI at the staff level.
• Coordinate with Community Service Unit to identify community training needs and possibilities.
• Prepare periodic reports on the unit achievements for the center board.
