Head of Department's Message
I would like to welcome you all to the Accounting and Auditing Department at the Higher Institute for Informatics and Information Technology at El Shorouk Academy. My colleagues, the faculty members, the auxiliary staff, and all employees in the Management and Accounting Department, are pleased to welcome you to this department, which was established to provide specialized personnel in the field of Accounting and Auditing, as the need for these cadres has become urgent in the local and regional labor market. We look forward to being among the distinguished higher education institutions in the educational and research aspects and community service at the national and regional levels in the fields of Accounting and Auditing. The curricula for the Accounting and Auditing program have been prepared to keep pace with the latest global curricula in the specialization field, and to reflect the needs of the labor market, to prepare a distinguished graduate in knowledge, skills, and profession to meet the needs of the labor market locally and regionally in the fields of Accounting and Auditing. We are committed to developing the educational and administrative environment to keep pace with the requirements of digital transformation and sustainable development, support entrepreneurial thinking and scientific research, and enhance ethical values to earn the community's trust, which supports the competitive position of the Institute. The department is managed by a distinguished staff of professors with high academic degrees and extensive experience in scientific research and teaching. Also, believing in the importance of specialization and the role it can play in advancing the development and modernization process at all levels, the department seeks to keep pace with the rapid growth in the specialization areas by developing teaching methods and approaches to meet the aspirations of the labor market. The department also develops the students' cognitive abilities and prepares them with both theoretical and practical skills to contribute to preparing qualified personnel for work in local and global fields. Today's students are the graduates of the future who have the enthusiasm to learn and contribute to society and humanity. The success we aspire to stems from a commitment to the values of cooperation, innovation, teamwork, leadership, and openness to the outside world, in an environment characterized by mutual respect and good morals.
