Supervise the Academic Staff Affairs section.
Oversee preparation of recruitment competitions according to job announcement requirements.
Review applicants’ files according to the announced job requirements.
Organize files for academic staff assistants.
Follow up on sending files to the Ministry of Higher Education.
Respond to correspondence from the Ministry of Higher Education.
Analyze daily attendance and departure logs.
Prepare payroll-related adjustments.
Supervise and review registration of leaves and absences.
Follow up on completing seconded staff data and organize their files.
Follow up issuance of health insurance cards for academic staff and their insured assistants.
Review teaching hours and days forms for seconded staff.
Draft executive decisions related to ministerial directives.
Quarterly evaluate department staff and submit recommendations for development or disciplinary actions.
Perform other similar duties within the scope of responsibilities.
